You're going to want to go for terracotta or reddish-brown/golden shades. Any warm shadow in that color family will add depth to your eyes.
Also, if you choose one with a metallic touch to it, it will bring out any golden tones you might have.

Plum is one of the best colors for green eyes!! It makes green eyes become more vibrant and look greenish yellow, which looks amazing! If you use a purple shade that's dark enough, it comes off as black but still gives you the benefits of plum color. Try bronzes and golds as well. Bronze eye shadow is ideal for green eyes! This makeup tip for green eyes really works beautifully and will really make the green of your eyes pop right out!

Hazel eyes are the middle ground between green and brown, which means you can pull off shades from both color groups. Purple always provides a gorgeous contrast to hazel, and it's great for creating smoky eyes. Gold (and bronze) bring out the warmth in hazel eyes—they pull golden flecks forward and make brown and green tones radiant.

To highlight blue eyes, use any shadow that looks like it's been mixed with a gray tone, like a gray brown or taupe-y plum. Try the Essence eye shadow in image 4 below.
